You can send an email requiring cancellation to help@growvc.com or through the feedback form in the service.
If you lose your password, you can follow the procedure on the login page to regenerate it. If you lose your user name you may be able to access with Facebook or another similar login tool. You may also contact us at help@growvc.com to resolve the issue.
You can see your own micro investment plan on your “dashboard” and on your “account” page. There you will see details of your micro investment plan and how you can participate in the startups in the service.
This is your main account email that all contacts from Grow VC will be sent to. You can change this through settings. Your email is only visible to other users if you choose it to be visible. If not, then contacts to you from other users will be routed accordingly by Grow VC.
You may cancel your paid member subscription via your PayPal account. If you choose to cancel your micro investment plan, at the time of your next payment period your paid subscription will automatically end and your ability to make micro investments will seize.
