Brett describes his transformation from a finance professional in Chicago to a startup executive in India. He shares tips on gaining startup experience while working a 9 to 5, practicing “intrapreneurship” within a current organization and other ways to transform the “plunge” towards entrepreneurship into a much more gradual, calculated process.
